Michele R. Jones [“MJ”], over 30 years of passionate expertise, empowers women to break free of frustrating, self-limiting, painful “voices” of the past so they may fulfill their God-given potential and make an eternal impact with their story.
In 2001, at the age of 40, after 20 years as a successful Corporate professional, she retired to devote efforts to the vision and development of the Time to Fly Foundation (TTF), a faith-based domestic abuse prevention/intervention non-profit program providing holistic restoration for families. The local, state and federal government levels honor the efficacy of the 20-year faith-based model that helps countless families recover from every form of abuse.
In 2017 she launched Mining For GEMS, a faith-based women’s leadership development program to help clients clarify, organize and confidently accelerate the execution of their assigned vision with her proven G.E.M. system.
