Time is a gift to us from God.

He gives each of us a “time bank” of 24 segments of 60 minutes to allocate on a daily basis.

Time management is an essential skill and there's an easy and powerful way to master this skill. You can use it to block off hours in your schedule and get more things finished. It enables you to take control of your minutes each day.

“So teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom.” Psalms 90:12 NKJV

Follow this process to take advantage of this valuable technique:

1. Start with planning. Make a list of all of your important tasks for the week. Then, narrow this list down to three to five essential tasks.

• Be realistic about your planning. Avoid thinking that you can do a million tasks in one day or week.

2. Block your hours. After you have a shortlist of tasks, block the hours on your schedule. This is called time blocking and essentially requires you to take each hour and assign a task...

What is the one goal or activity you want to fulfill this week, month, or year?

It may seem daunting; you feel it will drain you or, in extreme cases, feels the mere act of starting the task will “suck the life juices” out of you!

 Today, I’m going to expose its meaning, methodology, modes, and, most of all, how to take MASTERY over it!

The dictionary defines it as:

a/ the act or habit of procrastinating, or putting off or delaying, especially something requiring immediate attention.

b/ to delay doing something until a later time because you do not want to do it, because you are lazy, etc.

c/ to keep delaying something that must be done, often because it is unpleasant or boring

Procrastination is a type of avoidance behavior characterized by deferment of actions or...

What does each of these mononymous [famous people known by one name] have in common?

They each recognize their UNIQUE trait (s)

They each accepted the uniqueness and finally made the choice to share it with the world.

As a result, their uniqueness commands prominence and premium value in their respective arenas.

 They are allowing their lives to SHINE!

Do you realize no two diamonds are alike?!

Each stone's complex characteristics cannot be duplicated, and no twodiamondscan ever be the same. Each stone, like its owner, is endowed with a personality and characteruniquelyits own.  

DIAMONDS ARE UNIQUE AND DISTINCT. NO TWO ARE ALIKE! 

By God’s design you, too, are intentionally unique.  Why would you want o to compare yourself 6o anyone else on the earth?

The Call is STILL the same today…God is calling His people OUT of the corners to SHINE in His marvelous Light. 

Why? He redeemed you dear One, He calls you by His Name…He formed you ( yes our lumps, bumps and rumps) for HIS GLORY!

I almost failed to miss this LIBERATING truth and walking into the call of God for my life when I allow the circumstance(s) of my past, moments of poor choices, failures on the path of life and inappropriate responses to hold me mentally and emotionally hold me HOSTAGE …hold me BACK from where God plans to take my life.

Some of the landmines I had to walk through (with the help of God) included...

What is the world's definition of POVERTY?

Poverty is the state of not having enough material possessions or income for a person's basic needs. Poverty may include social, economic, and political elements. Absolute poverty is the complete lack of the means necessary to meet basic personal needs, such as food, clothing, and shelter.

And...What is YOUR definition of poverty?

We typically think it's economic deficiencies- a lack of financial resources, or material goods, a lack of "connections

God is your source of confidence because HE is the One who now defines you.

Yet life is a journey, and there will be seasons, challenges, opportunities that will attack your confidence…sent to rob your self-esteem and make you feel small.

Self-esteem can be fragile, and it’s possible to lose it. A traumatic event can also be a blow to your confidence. How can you deal with a sudden loss of confidence? Is it possible to recover and regain the confidence that is gone?

Prior to any new year, I customarily make time to get quiet with God for an annual review of the prior year—what lessons has He taught me? Where has He brought me? As I read my Bible, prayed and journaled, my heart was impressed with an image of a sleek sports car. Honestly, NOT my first choice as a 5’ 10” person who on fancy occasions likes to wear “big hair”—so logically a sports car is NOT this woman’s dream. LOL

Well...I am in the kitchen cooking! This was NOT always my favorite place as it would bring bittersweet memories of being taught to cook [and clean fish] with my beloved Grandma Ruth.

She never used a cookbook...she cooked by taste with a pinch here and a pinch there, and her meals especially her cakes and biscuits were SCRUMPTIOUS!

Yet I can still recall the countless times my little cakes burned, came out flat or tasted horrible, and the family would eat because of "sympathy" love. LOL
